Stalida Heraklion Crete

Stalis (official: Stalis) is a seaside settlement in the Mochos Community of the Municipality of Hersonissos in the Heraklion Regional Unit. It belonged to the Pediados District.
It is located on the old national road Heraklion – Agios Nikolaos and is 30 kilometers from Heraklion.
Stalis is a fairly touristy place but more relaxing than Hersonissos which has a very intense nightlife. and is a busy resort that attracts tourists from many European countries.
Stalis has a long, sandy beach and a variety of shops, bars and taverns.
It is right next to Hersonissos and just before Malia.
